Area Sales Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager who has experience of selling into the National, Regional and Independent Plumbers Merchants within the North to join a well established supplier of a comprehensive range of professional tools to this sector.

The customer base includes Wolseley (Plumb Centre, Plumb and Parts Centre), PTS, Plumbase and others and the role will be to continue to develop business with both new and existing accounts working to ensure that all Branches are stocking their comprehensive range of products as well as looking at new business opportunities for the company.

The Postcode area that the role will cover is – CH, CW, FY, PR, BB, BD, HG, L, WN, WA, M, BL, OL, ST, SK, S, HD, HX, LS, WF, YO, HU, DN so covers Staffordshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire.

This role will best suit an Area Sales Manager who has a minimum of 3 years sales experience selling either hand tools, pipes, sealants, tiles or product that is stocked within a Plumbers Merchant.

On offer for this role is an OTE salary opportunity of £34,800’500 which is split Basic Salary to £29,000 and bonus opportunity of £4,500 plus standard Company Car, Laptop, Phone and Tablet.
