This is a new role to make your own in a multi-media company – they are great people and there’s lots of expansion planned over the group and this role will be a major part of their plans and will report direct to the MD.

So your specialism of marketing will include the following experience as these are the key aims of this role:

Develop a marketing plan for online and office
Co-ordinate exhibitions and trade shows
Develop a licensing strategy and partners
Undertake consumer research and analysis to understand customers and to educate the team by using surveys, focus groups and insider panels.
Take charge of all advertising and promotions – including TV and online
Work with sales to create digital sales packages
Develop social media strategy
Work with MD and Head of Business Development to manage key partner relationships by producing inventive and exciting proposals and marketing strategies

Your background will ideally be within the Media sector, but strong FMCG experience would work here too.
