Customer Service Helpdesk – Temporary

Our client, a recognised name in the world of finance, is currently seeking Customer Help desk people to join their busy and successful team with an immediate start

Full time working hours, hours can be between 8am-10pm on a 36 hour week, including working 1 in 3 weekends and so you must be prepared to be flexible.

As these roles are temporary ongoing, you will need to show commitment. With your strong customer service background in either a contact centre or retail and drive for good customer service, you will be taking inbound calls dealing with queries and issues and be trained to resolve these to the satisfaction of both customer and business.

Excellent communication skills are a must, along with good PC skills. You will need to have the aptitude to both listen and update screens with information, although full training will be provided and ongoing support offered once training has completed.

A credit check and criminal record check will be undertaken for these roles as part of our clients procedures.
