CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – REPAIRS
Are you happy that the weather has suddenly changed? Is that because you are an experienced customer service advisor with repairs and maintenance knowledge looking for work? Well, I am pleased to be recruiting experienced customer service professionals on behalf of my social housing client.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL!
This is a dynamic role which will involve liaising with customers over the phone, you will be dealing with a high volume of emergency and non emergency calls therefore I am looking for candidates who are passionate, professional and personable. It is important that the successful candidate will be able to approach all queries with an equal level of enthusiasm and in addition to this have the ability to listen and deal with customers and their enquiries in a smooth and efficient manner.
You will be joining a hard working and dedicated team with a solid management behind them.
My client is offering a temporary ongoing contract and the Salary: will be £26,000 – £28,080per year depending on experience.
