The Contact Centre Advisor will be responsible for receiving inbound customer service call from my clients existing customers. They are a leading service platform provider in the UK and they are looking for a vibrant, helpful and experienced customer service advisor to help all their customers with their queries and problems.
The main focus of this role it to manage all the incoming calls with a professionalism that my client portrays everyday in their business. They are extremely customer focused and always put their customers first.
Requirements of the customer service role:
* Previous customer service experience
* The ability to empathise and understand the customers’ needs
* Can build rapport with all customers
* Confident telephone manner
* The ability to multitask
* Have good IT skills (Office)
