Customer Service – Residential Property

I have a brilliant opportunity for an administration/customer service professional looking for a new opportunity.

The opportunity currently available will involve liaising with tenants living in properties currently going through renovations/requiring maintenance work complete.

The role will be working for a housing association based in the Dartford area.

The main duties of this role will involve;

– First point of contact for telephone answering, identify/determine next action.
– Assist to maintain computerised database of reported and booked calls and ensuring information is kept up to date.
– Book appointments, and raise single or batches of work orders, record, monitor to ensure satisfactory conclusion.
– utilise spreadsheets to assist in the collation of departmental information for management reports.
– Provide general administrative support, for word processing various correspondence and documents, photocopying, filing, faxing and general office duties, when required.

The successful candidate for this role will need to have a background in Admin/Customer Service, be resilient/empathetic when dealing with frustrated customers and be able to run a number of projects at any given time.
