Customer Services Advisor

My client is looking for a customer services exec for their company based in South West London, they are ideally looking for someone who has worked within a small customer service team – logging orders, processing orders, a friendly hard working individual who is a passionate team player, they need to be IT literate, varied admin duties, take responsibility. The current team consists of 4 friendly bubbly characters and they want another to add to the team.
Placing of all Purchase Orders and raising of all Order Confirmations
Ensuring goods are delivered on time and clients are kept informed of any issues
To organise all logistics
To raise and send out all invoices
To build effective working relationships with key suppliers
