CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

My client a nationwide company based in Southall is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their small friendly team.

This job role involves dealing with all customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, answering incoming and making outgoing calls and resolving any issues relating to customer accounts.

Applicants will need to:

· Be computer literate

· Have an excellent telephone manner

· Have customer service experience

· Be articulate, organised and able to cope within a busy office environment

· Self motivated and enthusiastic

· Need to be a team player

This is an 8 week Temp – Perm position

Hours Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00
