INJECTION MOULDING TEAM LEADER

A global energy specialist is currently recruiting for an Injection Moulding Team Leader to join their team.

The successful candidate will deal with:
– Production and procurement planning of all moulded components
– Responsibility for the item masters of all moulded components and their MRP output.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responsibility for the smooth running of shifts within the moulding department
– Team management and leadership of team
– Supporting QVE projects across all manufacturing areas
– Promoting and implementing productivity improvements
– Evaluating new equipment i.e. tooling, automation, robotic and machinery
– Optomise the operation of injection moulding and ancillary equipment and dealing with issues that arise.

Requirements:
– Strong background in technical injection moulding
– Previous exposure working in a team leader or staff management role.
– Analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
– Excellent IT skills
– Previous exposure of production planning, MRP Process and implementing systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday across a rotating shift pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am). In return you will receive a competitive salary, free parking with training and development.
