Customer Service Team Leader – Leeds City Centre – Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year+ 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Our client are a technology focused company providing an excellent service to a wide customer base. Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to support and increase their excellent reputation in their market.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be:

Taking calls from customers and dealing with queries
Assisting customers with 1st line helpdesk, technical problems.
Motivating team members to achieve the best customer service and support.
Conducting one to ones, coaching, and conducting performance reviews with your team.
Training new and existing staff.
Quality checking calls.
Handling difficult customer queries, escalating when required.
Attending and contributing in management meetings.
Identifying and feeding back areas for improvement to increase performanceThe successful Customer Service Team Leader, will have:

Must have experience working within a similar role or within a Senior Customer Service role
Experience working with technical products and services would be a distinct advantage.
High level of professionalism
Advanced communication skills
Leading by example
Have a positive mental attitude
Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
Reacting calmly & calculatedly to stressful situations or confrontation
Educated to a minimum of GCSE level (including Maths and English at a Grade C or above)
Previous job titles can include: Senior Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Team Leader, Team Manager.Benefits
