Refurbishment Team Leader

My client is a leading internal refurbishment services business looking to expand its team due to the continued growth it has experienced this year.

Current expansion for my client means they have an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled Refurbishment Team Leader.

Job Description:

Working nationwide in a team of two, undertaking internal refurbishments of clinical and surgical premises.
Responsible for the completion of the projects on time and without snags.
Managing the other team member.
Managing sub-contractors.
Liaison with Project Management team at head office.
Client Liaison.Person Specification:

Must be experienced joiner/kitchen fitter, preferably with all around skills, particularly plumbing. Candidates may well come from a high quality kitchen fitting background, but this is not essential.
Skills: Joinery, Some plumbing knowledge.
Preferred skills: Plastering, vinyl flooring, painting & decorating, suspended ceilings.
An experienced “Working Forman” who is able to prioritise work sequences, manage materials, manage the other team member and any sub contractors, and liaise with the client and the office based team in a professional, courteous manner.Benefits:
