Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant who is ready to define their career to work in our Chelmsford office within a highly driven and successful team on a warm Construction labour and trades temps desk.

Knowledge of business to business sales is essential and preferably within the recruitment sector although full training will be given. 

We are able to offer ongoing development plans and are prepared to invest in you in order for you to achieve your full potential.

The role involves Sales to both new and existing clients, face to face visits with potential clients, recruiting candidates and the ability to react to different situations on a day to day basis.

Due to the nature of the role we are seeking candidates with experience of business to business sales via the telephone or face to face.

The successful candidate will need:
