DKF is an award-winning recruitment specialist supplying asbestos removal & demolition labour throughout the UK. We also provide permanent and contract recruitment services for site supervisors / managers, project managers, contract managers, surveyors, analysts and technical positions along with commercial, administration and support staff.

The continued development and growth of the business means we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team and help boost our presence in our current markets and also explore development into related sectors.

Whilst we would love to find someone from the asbestos removal or demolition recruitment sector, the most important thing is you have a proven track record in temp recruitment within a fast-paced trades and labour type market.

As an experienced recruitment consultant specialising in temp trades, you’ll be familiar with the key elements of the role such as;

Business development

Account management

Attracting and retaining quality candidates

We’re not insisting on someone who can join our business with a long list of established clients and contacts (although that would be great!), we’re first and foremost looking for someone with proven experience in the role of recruitment consultant who has strong sales, account management and recruiting skills that could be transferred to our sector of expertise.
