Marketing Executive / Brand Assistant Manager

Coulter Elite Resourcing – Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for experienced Marketing Executive or Brand Assistant Manager to join their client in Huntingdon.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful business who are looking for either a Marketing Executive or a Brand Assistant Manager to join their team. You will support the work of the Brand Managers. To help develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns. To work closely with other departmental functions including distribution, sales, operations and production.

Person specification:-

Deliver point of sale and merchandising plans
Assist the Brand Managers with delivering category and trade marketing plans
Assist the Brand Managers with managing the website/social media/PR plans
Assist with the organisation and set-up of trade shows and sales launches
Track progress of marketing KPI’s
Exposure to consumer communication plans including television and national press campaigns
Exposure and participation in the NPD process
Managing and tracking marketing budgets
Communicate and work with other business departments
Be a key coordinator between sales and marketing and offering sales support
Liaise with our internal design studio on various marketing projects and campaigns
Co-ordinate catalogues and other consumer and trade marketing materialsSkills and Experience: –

Minimum of 1 year experience in a previous marketing role
Experience and knowledge of NPD process
Good organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Flexible and team oriented
Must show interest and enthusiasm
Creative flare desirable
Good sense of humour to balance a strong work ethic
Be able to action any other reasonable duties as and when required and requested.

The Marketing Executive/ Brand Assistant Manager position is a full time permanent position, 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience ranging from £26,400and up to £30,000K. Must be flexible with working hours to attend meetings and trade shows.
