Graphic Design / Marketing Assistant – Byfleet

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800per year(dependant on experience)

An opportunity has arisen within the sales and marketing team this role would suit a well organised and motivated individual looking for long term career development. The role will include the following tasks:-

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the ideal candidate will have an understanding of Microsoft products and have experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

To produce offline marketing material including brochures, leaflets and corporate literature.

To load, maintain and control content on website

Copywriting of new web content

Design and create email marketing campaigns

Influence new media initiatives.

To update imagery for the website

First point of contact for enquiries, order and dealing with department emails

Updating data sheets with product information

Sending out brochures to clients

Ordering stationery including letterheads, business cards.

Producing and sending mailings

Covering the reception when needed

Internet research for new products and markets

Assisting marketing team in the creation of new Company literature and branding

Helping with calls and entering orders onto the system (Sage)

Assisting with other day to day tasks
