Salary: £35,406 per year

Digital Marketing Co-ordinator – New Build Residential Property
6 Month Contract (initially, strong possibility of extension or the role becoming permanent)
£29,505.60 raising significantly after the probation period

Badenoch + Clark are delighted to be working with a leading and highly regarded, London based housing developer who are looking for an experienced digital expert to join their residential property Sales and Marketing team, as their Digital Marketing Co-ordinator, on an initial 6 month contract with the strong likelihood this will be extended or become a permanent position.
The Digital Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Manager and Digital Product and Content Manager by updating and creating content, helping to run customer experience experiments and analysing customer behaviour on our commercial website.

As the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator, some of the key areas you will be working on/with include:

* Website content updates including property details and availability
* Assisting the Digital Marketing Executive with monitoring social media channels, creating social media content and analytics
* Assisting our Graphic and Video Content Designer with setting up a new photo library
* Testing website changes and email templates, and monitoring the website for issues/errors
* Update content on the commercial website and create new, optimised content to drive quality visits
* Assist the Digital Product and Content Manager to devise and run user experience tests.
* Assist the Digital Manager with creating engaging content marketing for social media.
* Test and evaluate new features and bug fixes before deployment
* Manage external property portals and keep them up to date
* Analyse and report on customer usage of our digital channels

This role will suit someone who already have some experience in digital content/marketing and would like to further develop their skills and specialise in this field alongside a highly experienced team.
