Part Time Telephonist / Call Handler

Looking for a Part time Telephonist/please apply e role 2 pm- 6pm (Mon – Fri) £26,000 per year

My client a leading service business to the medical industry are seeking an experienced individual who can take and deal with a high volume of calls from new and existing patients and set up brand new patient files whilst the patient is on the phone which requires fast and accurate keyboard skills as well as updating existing patient files

The role will also involve sending out the patients results by fax, email or phone.

To apply you must remember that this role is only part time Monday to Friday and you must be able to work the hours advertised. You will also have either a Telephonist/Switchboard or Receptionist background or a strong administrative background where lots of answering phone calls is required.

This role requires answering a high volume of telephone calls and fast and accurate keyboard skills. You must be able to and enjoy dealing with a high volume of calls in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidates without the right experience or background will not be considered.
