Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Manufacturing Team Leader

This position is due to expansion of this very successful global manufacturer.
The Team Leader will be responsible for around 15 people and will be responsible for the day to day operational activities in the fields of production, assembly and support operations for set manufacturing area’s.
You will be responsible for the Management and development of your team and tools to increase overall efficiency and flexibility to drive improvements in quality, cost and delivery performance in line with company targets and procedures.

You will be responsible for the Health & Safety and Environmental Management of the team and other members of staff and/or visitors.
You will be responsible for the quality of the products produced.

The Team Leader will achieve the company set deadlines through resourcing and planning and will take ownership of and maintain company KPI’s.
