Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Customer Services Advisor at a busy and dynamic Taunton Business. Applicants should ideally be available as soon as possible and ready to interview. The employer is flexible for a £15,000 – £16,000 full time candidate working 8.45 – 5.15 or a part time candidate to work either 9.30am until 15.00pm or 10.00am until 16.00pm.

The candidate will be a driven, customer focused individual with the ability to build relationships with managers, directors and business owners. A patient, professional who is organised and dedicated would be well matched to this role. They must have confidence gained from previous customer service or sales experience.

The day to day task will include:
– Phoning Clients
– Generating interest with Clients in services offered
– Calling customers in follow up from marketing

There will be a realistic expectation of 1- 2 appointments booked per day, so a positive focused approach to workload is desired.
