Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,400 per year

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a growing business based in Market Harborough
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers and queries.
Your main duties will include
– Accurate processing of customer orders
– Handle queries from internal and external customers in an effective & timely manner
– Provide customer service support to the Sales teams and the operation
– Provide swift solutions to customer issues and deliveries
– All external phone calls to be answered swiftly, confidently and in a timely manner
– Process Amazon orders through to collection using the Vendor Central System, working with our warehouse and stock teams to ensure all stock available is sent, communicated to Amazon and deliveries correctly palletised and labelled on an ongoing twice weekly basis.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £26,400and work office hours Monday-Friday.
