£18,000 – £22,800 + upto £500 monthly Bonus & Benefits
My client is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work for a leading financial services organisation based in Bradford city centre.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor will involve making outbound calls and going through credit card applications with new customers who have pre-applied. You will possess an excellent telephone manner, be customer focused and motivated by targets.
Working as part of a larger contact centre team, you will have previous experience working in a telephone based customer service or sales role. You will be self motivated and able to make a positive impact on the business by building an excellent rapport with every customer, demonstrating excellent communication skills and have a positive and enthusiastic manner.
The Customer Service Advisor roles will be working 37.5 hours with shifts between 8am – 9pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am – 5.30pm. Other benefits are 22 days holiday rising to 25 days, a generous monthly bonus scheme and other team based incentives.
