About the role…

You will be handling inbound customer service calls for one of the UK’s leading payment specialists. As a customer service advisor, you will need be proactive and able to think on your feet to make sure all customers receive a first-class service. We are looking for people that can deal with a variety of calls, including general customer service enquiries and basic technical issues – all of which you will receive training for. Someone who is confident and has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively would be best for this role.

Requirements for the role…

• At least 6 months experience in customer service (hospitality or general customer service would be ideal for this role)
• The ability to navigate around a computer
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team
