Digital Product Owner – Global Websites – E-commerce, CRM, CMS Development

This would fit an ambitious Product Owner who is really keen to work on user-heavy GLOBAL suite of different digital products! You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge around fast-paced subscription-based user-heavy digital products, and you will NOT be pigeon-holed working on a single product – you WILL HAVE VARIETY. You get the opportunity to work on core websites, micro-sites and feature updates, localisation and campaign websites, as well as brand new web builds around the CRM, CMS and transactional systems.

You will be in charge of the product road-map – both current requirements, enhancements, and additional features. The right kind of Product Manager we are looking for is very UX and UI conscious – consistency in look and uniformity of branding across all of the company’s websites.

Obviously you are keen to understand all user requirements so you are not afraid to take part in workshops or trainings, to deliver demos and ensure usability and customer engagement. There is a lot of back-end Data that would integrate with the front-end part of the products, so a good understanding of API’s and single-sign on principles would be a benefit.

We are looking for someone highly ambitious to bridge the gap between Marketing and Tech, ideally with a background in working on fast-paced user-heavy high-transactional websites. Your job will be to make sure the products are in line with the overall business strategy, and offer new ideas to make the product line more competitive based on feedback from the Marketing and Dev team, prioritising customer conversion, user retention and user satisfaction.
