Contracts Manager

We are currently looking for capable Contracts Managers with a carpentry background to work for a fantastic retail fitout contractor based in Hampshire. The correct Contract Manager will have the following certification:
• SMSTS
• CSCS Certified, to black Manager’s card is preferred
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Full UK Driving Licence

Projects vary in location, size and value, but expect to be working for blue chip clients, the likes of Levi, Samsung and Lego to name but a few. The correct Contracts Manager will be managing multiple sites, overseeing Site Managers and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to the client’s satisfaction, in a timely, and health and safety compliant manner. Must be able to create and work from programmes autonomously.

Basic salary can range and is commensurate with experience. Typical salaries can range from £54,000 – £72,000+ package, car allowance etc.

Job hoppers and freelancers will not be considered, a respectable and stable working background of at least 2 years held in previous relevant position will be considered.
