Sheffield based on a basic salary up to £60,000per annum plus a company car or car allowance.

Company Details

• Over 20 years of trading history
• Main contractor working on industrial and commercial fit-out projects
• values up to £2.5 million
• Based in Leeds working nationally but the majority of schemes are within commutable distance

• An experienced Contracts Manager
• Experienced at managing multiple projects
• Looking for a stable business with an excellent order book

The Role

The Contracts Manager will:

• Manage a number of projects at one time
• Oversee and manage site managers and supervisors
• Write programmes via MS Projects
• Amend risk assessments and method statements via a template
• Manage client relationships
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Commercially manage the day-to-day costs on sites such as labour and plant
• Complete progress reports reporting to the Managing Director
