Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a very well established main contractor on fit out projects.
You will be overseeing 2-3 very fast track fit out projects on retail premises at any one time and ideally will come from a similar role and understand the speed and demands of these projects.
You will be working as part of a contract for a very well known retail brand and ideally you will have worked on similar scale projects and be able to boast high profile retail names in your project experience.
This is a permanent role and as such we are looking for someone who comes from a permanent work history displaying longevity and loyalty in their CV.
This role will be covering the area within the M25 and as such a full UK Driving license is a must.
