Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
An award-winning, national, well regarded house builder who have a regional office in Cardiff are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to help bolster their onsite production team.
This company has been established for a number of years and have many live, prestigious sites across the region.
The Contracts Manager will be expected to plan and programme contracts, quality control, costing, tendering and pricing of projects from inception, Health and Safety plans, motivating and inspiring the team, liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained and the management of up to 6 projects/sites at any one time.
As a successful candidate for this role you will be from a house building/NHBC background with demonstrable experience of working at Contracts Manager level, managing multiple projects.
