Contracts Manager

My client is a leading glazing solution supplier who specialise in the manufacturing and installation of facades, windows, doors and structural glass assemblies both domestically and commercially.
They are looking for a contacts manager to join the growing team at a time where new business and managing accounts are equally as important to the business.

Contracts Manager – The Role
Liaise effectively in the installations process and maintain good working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Assist the estimating department with preparation of tender programmes/method statements.
Management of all site health and safety.
Manage and co-ordinate all installations to program for site and effectively manage site staff.

Contracts Manager – The person
Has experience working within contract management specially in the façade environment.
Has a proven track record in the management of installations of curtain walling, windows, doors and glazed roofs.
Substantial previous experience in construction management and types of contract (JCT, NEC, GC Works)
SMSTS qualification is essential for this role.
