As the Finance Manager, you will have strong involvement with the key stakeholders of the business and have a “very hands on” approach allowing you to influence all areas of finance.
Key Deliverables:

Responsible for the day-to-day accounting duties.
Full responsibility for the monthly management accounts, including transactional finances through to the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.
Preparation of the monthly Board Pack including commentary and variance analysis.
Delivering insightful MI to senior stakeholders.
Ensure all budgeting and forecasting activities are completed to deadline and to a high standard.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve the Finance Team’s visibility across the business.
Support the Company’s annual Statutory Audit, assisting with the preparation of Statutory reports and resolution of audit queries.
Managing and developing individuals and overseeing the transactional functions.
The Right Candidate:

Will have a proven track record in a similar position.
Will be either ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
A team player.
The ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders.
