Finance Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

*FINANCE MANAGER- FRIMLEY- £40,000-£45,000**

Our client is looking for a finance manager on a full-time basis in the Frimley area.

The job role:

• Carry out day to day accounting responsibilities for ACL in conjunction with the other members of the Accounts department
• Process month-end close especially reconciling inter-company balances with other group companies
• Produce standard operating processes for Finance and ensure financial controls are in place and operational in conjunction with the Financial Controller
• Provide support to the operational departments and become familiar with the service systems in use within the Fire & Security division
• Provide cover during staff holidays for supplier invoice processing and cash allocation entries on the Sage system
• Other duties including admin responsibilities as delegated from time to time by the Financial Controller or Managing Director

Candidate skills:

• Possess practical understanding of Sage 200 (or Sage50) plus Excel and Word.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Committed conscientious self-motivated individual who is prepared to take responsibility and get involved
• Good standard of numeracy and ability to work accurately with attention to detai
• Good IT/system skills and high level of competence in Excel
• A friendly team player with a flexible mature approach, a willingness to learn and good self-motivation
• Good standard of education
• Strong organizational & time management skills

Rate of Pay and benefits:

• The rate of pay will be £48,000 – £54,000PER ANNUM
