Position: Desk based Account Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000+ bens

Location: Lancashire

THE ROLE:
We need someone who can create nurture, maintain and support current top business customers in both the public and commercial sector of a major washroom services company. Primary elements will be an after sales service and providing a one stop shop for key customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and support. As a desk bound account manager, you will be the primary point of contact and be strong in building and maintaining customer relations. You will liaise with other departments and ensure timescales are met and customer satisfaction is high. You will analyse service and operations against customers agreed service level agreements.

o Computer literate and good keyboard and software/hardware skills
o Ability to seek improvement on behalf of customers
o Experience in achieving retention targets of customers
o An understanding of Facility Management and the ability to absorb product knowledge
o Good experience in achieving retention targets of customers by value and profile
o Evidence of building and growing new business along with retaining customers

You are likely to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer facing role.
