Senior Account Manager

My client, a globally established and award-winning creative agency focused upon 360 campaigns and customer experience are currently looking for an integrated Senior Account Manager, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technical project management.

The role will be responsible for managing the agency’s existing digital clients, for whom they deliver multiple digital deliverables simultaneously (such projects include web builds, microsites, regular updates, responsive design). Thus, you’ll be working closely with the teams of developers and designers – managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

HOWEVER, the needs of the agency are changing as account evolve, they need someone with strong Digital knowledge to hit the ground running, but the role will evolve into an integrated account lead position.

The Role:

• Client Facing is a large portion of the role, you’ll be expected to offer fresh, innovative ideas confidently whilst maintaining strong partnerships with your clients.
• This position will see you become the main digital client contact, but also an integral part of wider integrated projects too.
• You’ll need to give your accounts clear direction and maintain a strong strategy
• You will be crafting briefs that inspire the creative team
• Managing and delivering multiple projects for various accounts to agreed scope, timing, budget and of course, high quality.
• Document clients’ technical and business requirements so that the team may go on to define and deliver high calibre business solutions

You will:

• Have the ability to plan and strategise, from an agency perspective
• Experience proposal writing, budgeting and timeline planning
• Significant proven experience in professional client relationship management
• Have a background in agency environments
• Have experience in managing both design and development teams
• Have experience of launching and working with Umbraco Content Management Systems
• Be experienced in delivering top-notch digital solutions across multiple platforms – web, mobile, tablet etc.
• Have some experience of site mapping, wire framing and user experience design
