Salary: £26,000 per yearBasic, OTE £26,000 per year
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm, overtime paid

Our client, a main dealer in North London, is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Advisor to join their busy team.

Daily Tasks:
*Book in vehicles for service work
*Track vehicles through the workshop
*Undertake financial administration required for service work
*Handle customer queries over the telephone
*Maintain customer records
*Deal with customer complaints
*Use technology effectively
*Comply with retailer guidelines and procedures
*Contribute to effective working

The ideal candidate will have:
*Must have previous call centre experience
*Proven customer service skills
*Minimum typing speed of at least 35 wpm
*IT skills including Word and Outlook

Must have previous selling and call centre experience.
