Inbound Call Centre Operative

Hammonds, the UK’s largest choice of fitted bedroom Furniture Company, requires an Inbound Call Centre Operative, working 24.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a Salary: £26,000 per year plus £2.50 commission per appointment.

Hammondsnow have over 80 stores nationwide and continue to grow, which means we need more people like you to help promote our top quality fitted bedroom furniture and provide excellent customer service to our customers from our friendly team at Hammonds Call Centre head office in Hinckley.

Due to our on going commitment to our customers we are seeking talented and dedicated Inbound Call Centre Operative with an excellent telephone manner. You will be receiving inbound calls from customers, accurately capturing information and details and recording them, providing excellent customer service and making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries.

As an Inbound Call Centre Operative you will have previous experience in a customer service or sales role with some closing and objection handling skills. You will be keen to work, flexible and adaptable. The shifts for the position are:

Monday – 1pm until 8pm

Wednesday – 4pm until 8pm

Saturday – 10.30am until 6pm

Sunday – 9.30am until 5pm

N.B. There is the potential for this role to be split into 2 positions.

In return for your passion, commitment, drive and performance as an Inbound Call Centre Operative we offer on top of the annual salary of, attractive commissions such as up to an additional £26,000per appointment you make, plus some enticing incentives!

You may be currently working as an Inbound Call Centre Operative, Call Centre sales advisor, inbound customer service advisor, telesales advisor, inbound sales advisor, etc.

Hinckley is commutable from Nuneaton, Leicester, Rugby,Coventry,Tamworth, Erdington and surround areas.
