Salary; £26,000per year

Shift; Various shifts available, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm.

Location; Melton Mowbray, Commutable from Oakham, Loughborough, Old Dalby Asfordby

Our client, who supports small to large e-commerce businesses, one-off sales promotion campaigns or to the distribution of point of sale material and direct mail campaigns have vacancies for Call Centre Operatives to join their team. The position involves entering details onto the clients in-house system and contact with customers throughout the UK via telephone and email.

Training will commence Monday 14th September.

The Role;

Entering details onto the client’s in-house system
Contact with customers throughout the UK via telephone and email
Collation of paperwork
Working to set procedures, targets and Health & Safety Guidelines
Working closely with colleagues and production staff to ensure the prompt resolution of any problems
