Sales and Service Call Centre Advisor

Adecco Recruitment in Preston are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, Sales and Services Advisers to work on the inbound and outbound teams for a successful and growing organisation based in Chorley. The role is responsible for selling insurance products and services (mobility scooters, motor, household, travel and life insurance for disabled customers).

The successful candidate will have contact centre experience, ability to build rapport with customers use their persuasive selling skills selling products and services to set targets.
Must be able to pass DBS check and credit check as the role is working within insurance/financial services industry.

Sales & Service role – £18 – £20,400 + bonus OTE £300-500 monthly (capped)
Contract is 37.5 hours, 8am – 8pm Mon-Sat but working hours for in-bound role are mainly 9am to 530pm M-F, with 1 late shift on Wed to 7pm (overtime) per month and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -130pm
85% of calls are inbound
15% outbound

Please note that the outbound role working hours are Tues-Thurs 10am to 7pm, Fri 9am to 530pm and every Sat 9am to 130pm, with Sun and Mon off. The outbound role is responsible for insurance policy renewals, and also cross selling additional products and services.
