We are currently recruiting for a number of Call Centre roles in the Croydon area, and looking for candidates with strong Customer Service skills and experience gained in a Call Centre environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling a high volume of calls in a busy call centre environment
Assisting customers within agreed timeframes
Keeping customers up to date with progress
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service skills and experience gained in a Call Centre environment
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Depending on the role, you may be required to work shifts which will include evenings and weekends.
