Company Profile

A highly reputable and longstanding manufacturer of test products and systems with a state-of-the-art facility. Currently experiencing a period of growth, due to this they are now looking to expand their team.

Job Profile

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. As the Project Manager you will manage all projects from planning through to financial control. You will need to travel to client sites to oversee projects and discuss client’s requirements on the project. The Project Manager will manage multi-faceted projects dealing with internal equipment and external contractors.

Duties

* Manage projects from start through to completion from budgeting the project to managing the teams and resources

* Producing schedules and timelines for tasks within the project in accordance with the needs of the client

* Select, lead, and motivate the project team from both internal and external sources

* Coordinate the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget

* Identify and manage risks to ensure on time delivery

* Ensure that the client is aware of the key timelines.

* Implement any necessary changes throughout the process

* Report regularly back to management and the client

Skills & Experience

* Excellent planning and organisational skill of teams and yourself

* Technically minded with a solution-driven work ethic

* Excellent communication skills both verbal & written at all levels.

* Ability to problem solve and make commercial decisions

* Read & interpret engineering drawings

* Passionate about engineering.

* Ideally HNC / Degree level in Engineering although experience is essential
