The Company
Our client is a recognised and reputable regional contractor specialising in the direct delivery of new build and refurbishment packages throughout Kent and the London borders. They have enviable reputation for safety and quality.

Our client seeks Project Managers who have a wealth of knowledge and a succesful track record in delivering projects with values in the region of 1m – 5m.
Responsibilities:
To manage multidisciplinary projects and their associated trade contractors and activities from inception through to completion,
Delivering high quality work that meets project requirements,
Obtain the optimum customer satisfaction in accordance with the clients standards.As an experienced project manager, you will ideally have experience of working on cut and carve, refurbishment, and newbuild. Experience of both NEC and JCT forms of contract would be a preference. Commercial awareness and a natural foresight for variances and challenges is a must for this role.
