Project Manager

The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager plays a central role within the Project Management Office (PMO) department within Grant Thornton UK LLP. The successful candidate will deliver projects for the firm within any business stream from the planning, design, and development through to launch of efficient information or/and operational systems including a handover to the business stream. You will define & streamline business processes and manage multiple projects from end to end, finishing with a handover back to the business stream on completion

Main Responsibilities
* You will meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business requirements and system goals, and identifies and resolves business system issues
* You will assist in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications/processes enhancing existing applications
* You will implement projects across the firm using the Grant Thornton approved project framework and tools (based around Prince II methodology)
* You will deliver workshops and presentations to facilitate the delivery of the project

Experience/Education/Qualifications required:
* You will have strong Business Analysis experience
* You will hold Prince II project methodology (Practitioner)
* You will have proven experience in overseeing the design, development and implementation of systems or products
* You will have strong communication and influencing skills including the delivery of presentations, brainstorming sessions, stakeholder workshops
