Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

They are a lead generation business, so in simple terms, it’s an organisation that makes money through matching up customers with the businesses they are looking for. We currently supply leads to financial services organisations, and we are the UK’s largest financial advice lead generator. The way we generate leads is through our consumer facing web brands across various financial verticals.

Job Description

Experience in digital marketing preferred as well as in an SME and/or owner-led companies. Financial services experience would also be a bonus! We have no project manager in place at the moment so this role is an exciting opportunity to come in and set up all of the processes etc and drive positive change, working closely with the CEO’s, MD and Leadership Team, it will be an integral part of delivering on our strategy. We are in the office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed & Thu) and at home on Monday & Friday.

We’re looking for an experienced project manager that can hit the ground running and thrives under pressure. Working with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll be adept at managing teams and creating project roadmaps to help us achieve our goals. Your knowledge of digital marketing will help you understand how each of our team’s work, and how they contribute to our targets and KPIs. You’ll also be a confident communicator, able to set a clear vision for each project you manage. While experience in financial services would be a bonus, it’s not essential for this role. Rather, we’re more interested in a creative problem solver that can help our teams deliver the best results.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for scoping out all internal and external projects across the wider business. Your support will help us ensure each project aligns with our main strategic objectives. As a project manager, you’ll build close relationships with all teams across the business. So, you’ll have the confidence to hold teams accountable for performance and the experience to spot any gaps in skills or resources. We’re also looking for someone who can think on their feet and has the tenacity to find solutions to any problem. Further responsibilities include chairing all project-related meetings, delivering company projects, regular status reporting and updates.
