M&E Project Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £120,000 per year

An experienced M&E Project / Programme Manager is being sought after by one of the leading global property management consultancies in the world.

The role would see you join one of their major EMEA accounts for a top banking institute based in the heart of London.

The M&E Project Manager will be primarily focused on purely project management on multiple Small works or Capital projects at any given time, with values ranging from £100K – £5Mil.

Key responsibilities:

* The M&E Project Manager will manage, coordinate and control the delivery of capital plan projects from inception to completion.

* You will support the project team, take control and manage through all stages of the project from initiation & planning, design, procurement, construction and completion & close-out stages of the project.

* You will represent the client throughout the duration of the project.

* As an M&E Project Manager you will contribute to the achievement of the account and IFM EMEA financial Targets.

* You will support the EMEA Projects Director on other account activities as and when requested.

* The M&E Project Manager will work within the constraints of the project and deliver to meet all time, cost, quality, health & safety requirements of the project.

Required Experience:

* At least 4+ years relevant industry experience with consultant or contractor firms on a financial/corporate account.

* Must have experience looking after multiple projects at any given time.

* Good experience with M&E capital plan projects.

* Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project.

* Strong written & verbal communication skills.
