1. Carry out allocated tasks competently within determined time scales, financial budgets and fee cost targets.
2. Provide effective support and assistance to Practice Professionals.
3. Provide management support and direction for the Mechanical/Electrical Engineers Team.
4. Ensure scheme design and supervision costs are kept within scales and targets laid down in the current Business Plan.
5. Ensure schemes are produced to an agreed time scale and within cost plan.
6. Ensure built schemes are to client’s satisfaction.
7. Ensure adherence to agreed practice procedures, technical standards and standing orders.
