The Role:
– Working alongside other disciplines as part of delivering projects.
– Design of mechanical building services projects across all sectors
– Commercial responsibility on projects
– Client facing & Business Development
– Mentor & lead teams
– Take brief from client & manage job to handover
The Ideal Person:
– Degree preferred – Mechanical
– 8+ years design experience
– Building services experience is a must
– Experience using Hevacomp & Amtech software
– Business development experience
– Experience working across all sectors: commercial, residential, educational, etc
– Enthusiastic & team player
– Excellent communication skills
