Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – Nurses – NHS

This role involves supplying Qualified Nurses into temporary positions across Yorkshire the North East and North West, predominately into the NHS through the &#34Buying Solutions Framework”.

Your candidates will be all qualified Nurses such as Registered Mental Nurses (RMN’s), Learning Disabilities Nurses (LDN’s), Neonatal Nurses, Prison Nurses, Practice Nurses, District Nurses and School Nurses.

This role is for one of the UK leading Medical Recruitment agencies, in contrast this agency has enjoyed increased quarter on quarter growth within the Healthcare sector winning several PSL and tender agreements across the country.

Due to the nature of this position you must have recruitment experience and knowledge of the NHS framework agreement.

You will be working in a modern building in a large open plan office within easy access of road and rail links.

The role is 360° however compliance is handled by the compliance team which free up your time to concentrate on business development rather than being bogged down with compliance and admin.

The reason the opportunity has come about is due to increased business growth by successfully tendering for and becoming one of only a handful of agencies to be included onto the new NHS frame work agreement.

Successful applicants must also have a personable character and be comfortable working in a team striving to reach branch and individual targets.

The Branch Manager has a wealth of experience within Healthcare, they have adopted a relaxed working environment and bills/business develops alongside the consultants in branch, hands on and very approachable.
