It is a heavily driven sales based role, a b2b service that requires you to fill your clients staffing needs. It requires you to build relationships with human resources and hiring managers within business and maintain a rapport and business relationship with these decision makers.

With hard work, commitment and drive to succeed you could be earning between £26,000 – £72,000in your first 12 months with us – this will also include a £3k rise to your basic salary as you are promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18 months here, you should be on target to earn £40k+ and within four years, you will be earning in excess of £80k+
