NewGen Technology are proud to be working with a leading software solutions company near Farnborough, Hampshire. As part of an exciting stage of growth the business requires a talented and highly ambitious 2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the team.

ABOUT THE JOB
The successful Support Engineer (2nd/ 3rd Line) will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work under their own initiative whilst remaining flexible. They will need to handle a variety of tasks and manage your time and workload both from the office and in the field.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Essential technical Knowledge and experience:-Microsoft Windows Server 2003 to 2012-Virtualised Server Environments-Office 365 Exchange 2003 – 2013-Networking Skills-TCPIP routing and DNS, VLAN’s-Business class backup environments-System migrations
