Salary: Up to £30,000depending on experience

The 1st and 2nd Line Helpdesk Network Support Analyst
You will be responding to phone calls and tickets covering the installations and maintenance of the companies growing client base. These solutions include but not limited to Windows Server platforms, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Cloud Solutions, VMWare, routing, networking and desktop support.
The following technical skills:
- Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Anti-Virus platforms such as Trend Micro
- Access and Excel
- General networking and routing
- Wireless networking
- General desktop applications
- You will provide technical support from their primary base in Horsham between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
- An excellent telephone manner is essential and although you will not be customer facing you must be smart and presentable
- The successful applicant will be someone who has good experience in A Support role with at least 2 years in a similar position
