Customer Service Advisor

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Ambitions Personnel who are acting as an employment agency.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Ingham. The main purpose of this role is to manage the daily running of client accounts, to which they are assigned.

Mains duties include, but are not restricted to:

* Handle inbound queries quickly and efficiently
* Take ownership of queries, issues and complaints and resolve
* Maximise sales opportunities in line with standard service procedures
* Liaising with different departments
* Assist in weekly/daily/monthly tasks as outlined by line managers
* Take responsibility for ensuring service levels are achieved
* Attend as required customer, internal and management meetings

You must have the following skills:

* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office is essential
* Previous customer service experience essential

Own transport is essential due to location

Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
