Job Description:
* be motivated to continually meet and exceed targets and able to deal with multiple tasks at once in a very dynamic and busy environment.
* good communication skills is vital in this role as you will be expected to deal with a wide range of issues from reporting repairs to tenancy management, demonstrating empathy and rapport in every call.
* calls can be complex and challenging, you’ll ensure you use the knowledge base to ask effective questions to deliver the correct outcome for the customer.
* be expected to adhere to data protection legislation, checking customer information and updating personal details.
* promote self-serve where appropriate to drive choice and value for money.

Experience and Qualifications
* to GCSE Standard (or equivalent), including a pass in English.
* experience in customer facing roles or roles in the service industry.
* level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases.
No experience is required as Go Train will provide a fast, pre-employment training course. Training is funded and offered free to the individual.
Training is delivered in a virtual classroom in the safety of your own home. Classes are enjoyable and effective. You will have your own tutor and the opportunity to meet other learners virtually who are also training on line.
