Interim Site Manager

Two experienced Interim Site Managers are required for a leading Construction business in the Hull region to work on a 2 year contract for a £26.5 Million project. Reporting to the Construction Director and supporting the Construction Team you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the construction works and activities of operatives and tradesmen on site including performance reporting on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities as Site Manager:
• Work as part of the contracts management team to successfully deliver projects.
• Ensure all best practices are being implemented and practical integration of all site activities.
• The management and supervision of all construction and site activities including materials and site set up.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
• Supervise all site operatives and subcontractors.
• Participate in, and chair site meetings.
• Control and monitor waste management, noise pollution, dust and other environment issues.
• Develop and nurture successful and rewarding relationships with colleagues, clients and supply chain.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate site paperwork and provide regular communication with key internal stakeholders at all time to keep abreast of progress and development

To be successful as Site Manager you must have a proven track record of managing multi disciplined Construction sites and dealing with sub contracts. You will be highly organised and possess great planning and communication skills whilst take pride in running an effective professional site. You will also hold a full driving licence.
